Meet Jason

As a child growing up, I was always thinking of new business ideas in an effort to raise "capital" for my favorite childhood hobby - collecting baseball cards. For as long as I can remember, I have had the entrepreneurial itch....it began with babysitting my younger brothers and sisters, and it branched out from there. Among my many enterprises were neighborhood baseball card shows, a newspaper delivery operation, and a landscaping business, to name but a few. I never shied away from hard work, and long days did not phase me....unless of course it involved chores around the house!

In 1996 I enrolled at Virginia Tech where I would spend the next four years working toward a bachelor's degree in Finance. It was during my time at Virginia Tech that I started to develop an interest in real estate, so I enrolled in elective courses in a real estate concentration curriculum. At the time, however, my interest in real estate was strictly from an investment standpoint. Little did I know the knowledge I gained from those courses would be utilized toward a much different purpose! Ultimately, my senior year was highlighted not only by graduation but more importantly by a chance encounter with my future wife Kristie.

I began my career in real estate in the summer of 2003 with Team Harvill Real Estate and in August of 2007 I joined Elite Real Estate. I work regularly with buyers, sellers, investors, and people relocating to the Richmond area. I pride myself in providing impeccable service in a caring and professional manner. Through constant learning and continuous innovation, I strive to provide my clients with an unprecedented real estate experience they simply will not find anywhere else.
